CY2308SXC-2T Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer.
