CY2309SXI-1 Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer.
