CY2309SXI-1 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, LVTTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.6V of power. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 3V.
