CY23EP09SXI-1 Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 2.5V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVTTL as its input.
