This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 28-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains 28 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
