CY25568SXC Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer.
