As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. 700MHz is the maximal value for normal operation.
