CY2XP22ZXIT Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 8 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator.
