DA7219-02VBA Overview
A 32-UFBGA, WLCSP package is supplied for space savings. It is adopted to package in the Tape & Reel (TR) way. Because it is a type of Audio, it delivers high-efficiency performance in many applications. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. When the operating performance is set to -25°C~85°C, the system can operate normally. It is integrated with 1 / 2 ADCs / DACs. There is a supply voltage of 1.7V~3.6V provided to the digital circuit. Transmission lines have 32 terminations, which prevent signals from re-emitted. 1.7V is the minimum voltage it supports. Voltages up to 2.5V can be supplied to it.
