DG201BDY Overview


Packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Bulk. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C TA. 16 terminations have been made so far. When a voltage supply of 15V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. As part of its design, the 16 series is equipped with this electronic component. A SPST - NC switching circuit is used for these analog switches. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 85Ohm. Datasheets for 16 pin functions are available upon request. There is a standard Multiplexer or Switches analogue multiplexer here. Users shouldn't supply more than 25V voltage to the switch device. The analog switch ic is of the Dual, Single supply type and is cost-effective. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 4.5V. The analogue multiplexer could operate on 30mA current. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 50μA, damage can occur. Despite this switch device's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 22V. The voltage should be at least 4.5V if you are using dual power supplies. A total of SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are available on this analog switch ic. It is possible to operate 4 inputs. A Drain to Source resistance of 85Ohm is shown for this electronic part.
