DG213DY Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). The advanced packaging method Bulk provides high reliability. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 1:1. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA extended. 16 terminations have been made so far. A total of 16 pins are injected into the body of the electronic part. SPST - NO/NC switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 60Ohm. For details about the functions of 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. The analogue multiplexer in this example is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. An abnormal situation would be for the switch device to be supplied with a voltage greater than 40V. Dual, Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 3V. Put voltage above 1μA on the multiplexer to cause damage. For this switch, a dual supply voltage is feasible, but it must not exceed 22VIf you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 3V. A total of SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are available on this analog switch ic. Operating 4 inputs is required. It has a Drain to Source resistance of 60Ohm ohms.
