DG221BDJ Overview
Due to its 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tube. This analog switch is mounted in Through Hole. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. In total, 16 terminations have occurred. A 15V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. It is injected into the electrical part body with 16 pins. A SPST - NC switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. A 90Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. For functions related to 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 18V to the switch device in normal circumstances. A analog switch ic that has a cost-effective Dual supply type. There should be 13V voltage fed to the electrical part below 13V. Put voltage above 1.5mA on the multiplexer to cause damage. For this multiplexer, dual supply voltage is feasible, but it should not exceed 18V. For dual power supplies, a voltage of at least 7V should be attached. This analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT output. Operating voltages of 15V are compatible with the electrical part. A 4 input needs to be operated. There is 90Ohm resistance between Drain and Source for this electronic part.
