DG304BDJ Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. This analog switch is mounted in Through Hole. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. This electronic part can be found in the 14 series. SPST - NO switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. It consists of 2 circuits. It has an internal resistance of 50Ohm. You can find the functions of the 14 pins in the datasheets. It is normally recommended that users do not supply the multiplexer with voltages higher than 36V. The analog switch ic is of the Dual, Single supply type and is cost-effective. 13V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 100μA. There is no problem with using dual supply voltage, but it should not exceed 22V. It is recommended that you attach at least 7V to your dual power supply. The electronic component can function from 15V. Drain to Source resistance is 50Ohm.
