DG309BDQ Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 1:1. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. In total, 16 terminations have occurred. When a voltage supply of 15V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. There are 16 pins injected into the electronic part body. Based on SPST - NC switching circuits, these analog multiplexers work. This multiplexer is composed of 4 circuits. It has an internal resistance of 85Ohm. You can find the functions of the 16 pins in the datasheets. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. Users shouldn't supply more than 44V voltage to the switch device.
