DG309BDY Overview
Packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tube. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. There are 16 terminations totally. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 15V voltage supply. A key feature of the 16 series is the inclusion of this electronic part as part of its design. Circuits based on SPST - NC switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. Circuits number 4 make up this analogue multiplexer. Analog switches have 85Ohm internal resistance. To find out what the 16 pins do, please refer to the datasheets. The analogue multiplexer in this example is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. Users shouldn't supply more than 44V voltage to the switch device. Digital switch that provides Dual, Single power at a cost-effective price. It is recommended to use 4V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. If put voltage greater than 1μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 22V. You should attach at least 4V voltage if you are using dual power supply. The digital multiplexer has SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs that can be used. A Drain to Source resistance of 100Ohm is shown for this electronic part.
