DG309CY Overview
The electrical component comes in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tube. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 1:1. Around 0°C~70°C TA is the extended operating temperature. The total number of terminations is 16. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. In the case of a voltage supply of 15V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. This electrical component is included in the 16 series of products. Circuits based on SPST - NC switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. A 4 circuit is present in this switch device. Use DG309 to search for variants of the digital switches. There is 100Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. Datasheets for functions of 16 pins are available. There is a standard Multiplexer or Switches analogue multiplexer here. Users shouldn't supply more than 30V voltage to the switch device. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 5V. If put voltage greater than 100μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 20V. For dual power supplies, a voltage of at least 5V should be attached. In this switch multiplexer, there are SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs available. It can operate from 18V operating voltages.
