DG309DY Overview
Due to its 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tube. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, 16 terminations have occurred. An 15V voltage supply should allow the electrical part to be turned on and run. The electronic part body is injected with 16 pins. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NC switching circuits. As far as internal resistance is concerned, it has 85Ohm. The datasheets for the 16 pins explain the functions. The analogue multiplexer in this example is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. Users shouldn't supply more than 36V voltage to the switch device. Analogue multiplexers of the Dual, Single supply type that are cost-effective. It is recommended to use 13V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 10μA. For this multiplexer, dual supply voltage is feasible, but it should not exceed 22V. In the case of dual power supplies, you should connect at least 7V. The analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs in total. Operating voltages of 15V are compatible with the electrical part. The electrical component supports 4 inputs.
