DG401DY+ Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 1:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. There are 16 terminations totally. The electronic part provides high-quality output because it has 1 channels. An 15V voltage supply should allow the electrical part to be turned on and run. An injection of 16 pins is performed into the body of the electrical component. There should be 4.5V voltage fed to the electrical part below 4.5V. This multiplexer would work with 10nA current. A voltage higher than 1μA may cause damage to the switch multiplexer. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 20V. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 4.5V. As far as the outputs go, this switch multiplexer utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT of them. The electrical part can be operated at 15V voltage levels.
