DG403DJ+ Overview


The electrical component comes in 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. Through Hole is where this multiplexer is located. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 2:1. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. It is recommended that the electrical component receives a voltage of 10V. This multiplexer would work with 10nA current. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 1nA, damage can occur. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 20V. The voltage should be at least 4.5V if you are using dual power supplies. It is possible to use SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this digital multiplexer. It can operate from 20V operating voltages.
