DG411DY-T1 Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Multiplexers like this are mounted in the Surface Mount position. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 1:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. A 4 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. These analog multiplexers are built based on SPST - NC switching circuits. It consists of 4 circuits. Use DG411 to search for variants of the digital switches. Analog switches have 80Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 36V. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. It is recommended to use 13V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. In order to operate this switch device, it would need a current of 1μA. If you put voltage higher than 1μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. There is no problem with using dual supply voltage, but it should not exceed 22V. You should attach at least 7V voltage if you are using dual power supply. Operating the 4 inputs requires 4 inputs. Temperatures above 85°C should not be used to operate the switches. The analog switch ics has 4 outputs. Suppliers offer a package with 16-SOIC.
