DG413DJ Overview
Due to its 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. It is mounted in the position Through Hole. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA. There are 16 terminations totally. Electronic part bodies are injected with 16 pins. These analog multiplexers are built based on SPST - NO/NC switching circuits. It has an internal resistance of 35Ohm. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. Theswitch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 36V. Analogue multiplexers of the Dual, Single supply type that are cost-effective. 13V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. It would be sufficient to run this analogue multiplexer with 100pA current. Putting voltage greater than 1μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 22V. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 7V. Operating 4 inputs is required. It has a Drain to Source resistance of 25Ohm ohms.
