DG413FDY+ Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. Total terminations are 16.
