DG413HSAK Overview

The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. Surface Mount is where this multiplexer is located. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operating temperature around -55°C~125°C TA extended. A SPST - NO/NC switching circuit is used for these analog switches. It consists of 4 circuits. A 35Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. During operation, the multiplexer should not be exposed to a temperature above 125°C. Suppliers offer a 16-SOIC package.
