DG413LDQ-T1 Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. 1:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. In total, there have been 16 terminations. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 1 channels. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 5V voltage supply. The electronic part body is injected with 16 pins. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPST - NO/NC switching circuits. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 17Ohm. To find out what the 16 pins do, please refer to the datasheets. Multiplexer or Switches is a typical switch device. A voltage higher than 12V should not normally be supplied to the switches. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Dual, Single supply. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 2.7V. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 1μA. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 6V. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 3V. It is possible to use SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this digital multiplexer. The 4 inputs need to be operated in order to work.
