DG413LDY Overview
The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. Surface Mount is where this multiplexer is located. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 1:1 represents the number of circuits. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. The total number of terminations is 16. An injection of 16 pins is performed into the body of the electrical component. Based on SPST - NO/NC switching circuits, these analog multiplexers work. It has an internal resistance of 17Ohm. Datasheets for functions of 16 pins are available. There is a standard Multiplexer or Switches analogue multiplexer here. A voltage higher than 12V should not normally be supplied to the switches. Dual, Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. It is recommended to use 2.7V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 1μA, damage can occur. There is no problem with using dual supply voltage, but it should not exceed 6V. For dual power supplies, a voltage of at least 3V should be attached. A total of SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are available on this analog switch ic. A 4 input needs to be operated. There is 30Ohm resistance between the Drain and Source on this part.
