DG417LDY-T1 Overview
As the electronic part is packed in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), international shipping is convenient. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tape & Reel (TR). It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. 1:1 is the number of circuits in the multiplexer and demultiplexer. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. The electrical component body receives 8 pins. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NC switching circuits. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 20Ohm. The datasheets for the 8 pins explain the functions. A voltage higher than 12V should not normally be supplied to the switches.
