DG441DY-T1-E3 Overview
Due to its 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 1:1. An extended operating temperature of -40°C~85°C TA degrees Celsius. By its 4 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPST - NC switching circuits. Circuits number 4 make up this analogue multiplexer. Look for analog switch ic variants by searching with DG441. This digital multiplexer has 85Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. Users should never supply a voltage higher than 36V to a switch device. The analog switch ic is of the Dual, Single supply type and is cost-effective. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 13V. For this digital switch to work, 15μA current would suffice. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 100μA. There is no problem with using dual supply voltage, but it should not exceed 22V. For dual power supplies, a voltage of at least 7V should be attached. The 4 inputs need to be operated in order to work. The switches should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 85°C. Resistivity from Drain to Source is 50Ohm for this electronic part. 4 outputs are included in the analogue multiplexer. Suppliers offer a 16-SOIC package.
