DG442BDY-T1-E3 Overview
Presented in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. Total terminations are 16. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 1 channels. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 15V voltage supply. There are 16 pins injected into the electronic part body. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPST - NO switching circuits. Using the DG442 search parameter, you can discover variants of the switch. An switch multiplexer with 90Ohm internal resistance has a value of 90Ohm. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 25V. Analogue multiplexers of the Dual, Single supply type that are cost-effective. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 13V. 5μA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. If put voltage greater than 1μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. For this switch device, it is feasible to have two supplies. However, the voltage should not exceed 22V. For dual power supplies, a voltage of at least 7V should be attached. The digital multiplexer has SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs that can be used. Among the inputs that can be operated are the 4 inputs.
