DG442DY-T1-E3 Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tape & Reel (TR). It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 1:1. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. A total of 16 terminations have been recorded. Due to its 1 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. With a 15V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. Into the electrical component body are injected 16 pins. Circuits based on SPST - NO switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. Try searching with DG442 if you're looking for variants. A 85Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. There is Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer like this in the world. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 36V to the switch device in normal circumstances. Dual, Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. 13V is the lowest voltage the electrical component should receive. An operating current of 15μA would be sufficient for this switch device. Putting voltage greater than 100μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. There is no problem with using dual supply voltage, but it should not exceed 22V. The voltage should be at least 7V if you are using dual power supplies. Operating 4 inputs is required. There is 50Ohm resistance between Drain and Source for this electronic part.
