DG442LDY-T1-E3 Overview
Packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 1:1. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. 16 terminations have been made so far. Due to its 1 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. If the voltage supply is 5V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. It is injected into the electrical part body with 16 pins. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NO switching circuits. Look for analog switch ic variants by searching with DG442. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 35Ohm. For details about the functions of 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. Users should never supply a voltage higher than 12V to a switch device. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. It is recommended that the electrical component receives a voltage of 2.7V. In order to operate this switch device, it would need a current of 10μA. The analogue multiplexer may be damaged if voltage is greater than 1μA. For this multiplexer, dual supply voltage is feasible, but it should not exceed 6V. You should attach at least 3V voltage if you are using dual power supply. There are 4 inputs to be operated.
