DG444DYZ Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in SOIC. In total, there are 16 terminations. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 4 channels. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 40V to the switch device in normal circumstances. An effective Dual, Single supply digital multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 5V. 100pA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. If you put voltage higher than 5μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. It is possible to supply this switch device with dual voltages. However, it is not advisable to exceed 20V.
