DG445BDY-E3 Overview
Due to its 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. Total terminations are 16. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 1 channels. With a 15V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. It is injected into the electrical part body with 16 pins. These analog multiplexers are built based on SPST - NO switching circuits. If you are looking for variants of the digital switch, trying search with DG445. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 160Ohm. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. Multiplexers should not be powered above 36V in normal situations.
