DG445DY-T1-E3 Overview
Presented in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. There are 16 terminations totally. A high-quality output is provided by the electrical component's 1 channels. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 15V voltage supply.
