DG445DYZ-T Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in SOIC. A total of 16 terminations have been recorded. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 1 channels. An 15V voltage supply should allow the electrical part to be turned on and run. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 160Ohm. For functions related to 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. In normalcircumstances, users should not exceed 40V volts for the multiplexer. The analog switch ic is of the Dual, Single supply type and is cost-effective. 5V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. It would be sufficient to run this analogue multiplexer with 100pA current. If put voltage greater than 1μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. There is no problem with using dual supply voltage, but it should not exceed 20V. It is recommended that you attach at least 5V to your dual power supply. This analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT output. There is a voltage range of 28V operating voltages for the electrical part. Don't forget the additional features of this electronic part, such as: IT CAN ALSO OPERATE WITH 12V SINGLE SUPPLY. Temperatures above 85°C degrees Celsius should not be operated by the multiplexer. It is capable of carrying out 4-bit operation.
