DG509ACWE+T Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 4:1. Temperatures around 0°C~70°C TA are extended for operation. A total of 16 terminations have been recorded. A high-quality output is provided by the electrical component's 1 channels. A 15V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. The electronic part body is injected with 16 pins. A SP4T switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. There are 2 circuits in this switch device. Use DG509A to search for variants of the digital switches. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 300Ohm. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. Analog switch ics with Dual supply type are cost-effective. 200μA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. For this multiplexer, dual supply voltage is feasible, but it should not exceed 18V. The voltage should be at least 4.5V if you are using dual power supplies. This electrical part is compatible with 15V operating voltages.
