DG509ADY Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. 4:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. Total terminations are 16. As a result of its 1 channels, this electronic component provides high-quality output. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 15V voltage supply. An injection of 16 pins is performed into the body of the electrical component. Circuits based on SP4T switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. It consists of 2 circuits. Use DG509A to search for variants of the digital switches. An switch multiplexer with 300Ohm internal resistance has a value of 300Ohm. Datasheets for 16 pin functions are available upon request. Dual supply type digital switch with a low cost. The switch device would be able to operate with 200μA current. There is no problem with using dual supply voltage, but it should not exceed 18V. It is recommended that you attach at least 4.5V to your dual power supply. The electrical part can be operated at 15V voltage levels.
