DG613AEY-T1-E3 Overview
The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Operating temperature around -40°C~125°C TA extended. Totally, there are 16 terminations. As a result of its 1 channels, this electronic component provides high-quality output. With a 3V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. The electronic part body is injected with 16 pins. A SPST - NO/NC switching circuit is used for these analog switches.
