DG9422DV-T1-E3 Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Multiplexers like this are mounted in the Surface Mount position. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C TA. An electrical component of this type can be found in the 6 series. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPST - NO switching circuits. Search with DG9422 if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. This digital multiplexer has 3Ohm internal resistance.
