DG9424DQ-T1 Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPST - NO switching circuits. Circuits number 4 make up this analogue multiplexer. There is 3Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer.
