The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package provides greater flexibility.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.By using 10V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.There can be a voltage up to 200V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
