For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.Gate drivers is package in Tape & Reel (TR) case.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.When the supply voltage is 10V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.A total of 8 pins are available on the device.An output current as high as 600mA can be achieved at maximum power.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 600V.
