There is greater flexibility with the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 16 pins when designing.2.5A is the maximum output current.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 600V.
