Magnetic switches are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) for protection against damage. TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages are used for safety reasons to protect magnetic switches. In order to achieve good performance, the magnetic switches should be able to supply 2.8mA as the maximum current. Magnetic switches should have a maximum current of 30mA to operate.
