Designed to protect magnetic switches from damage, the Tape & Reel (TR) package contains the switches. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches are packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. A good performance can be achieved with magnetic switches that can deliver 2.8mA as the maximum current. To be output, magnetic switches should be rated at a maximum current of 30mA.
