DS1212+ Overview
A package containing materials from Tube is provided. For the purpose of saving board space, it is provided in the 28-DIP (0.600, 15.24mm). Nonvolatile RAM type with high quality and reliability. 0°C~70°C should be the operating temperature. 4.75V~5.5V voltage should be supplied for its normal operation.
