DS1231-20/G Overview

The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. A supply voltage of 5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The power management is mounted by a Through Hole-axis. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 4.5V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management recommends the Through Hole mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: 0°C~70°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 2mA. It is always advisable to use DS1231, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
