DS1813-15+T Overview
Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. IC management is packaged as a TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be NOT SPECIFIED.
