DS1813-5+T&R Overview
Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Through Hole is the one that mounts power management. There are 3 pins on the supervisor. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 0V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Mounting type Through Hole is recommended. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector.
