DS21600SN Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 245 when reflowing. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V.
