DS3920T-001+T Overview


Including buck boost converter in package Tape & Reel (TR) is a good idea.In the way voltage regulator is packaged, voltage regulator is in the form of a SOT-23-6.Current regulator is mounted by Surface Mount.A maximum operating temperature of -40°C~85°C should not be exceeded during operation.Voltages of 2.97V~76V can be input as input voltages in this module.6 terminations are treated as terminations of transmission lines that use a voltage regulator with the characteristic impedance of the line as the means to terminate the transmission line.DS3920 family is associated with current regulator.Computers and other communication constant current regulators use 6 pins, which are pronged contacts.In this example, the current regulator has been mounted using Surface Mount.If a 3VV power source is used as a power source to power the constant current, it should be able to function.20mA offers maximum design flexibility due to its output current.This power converter uses an analog IC called ANALOG CIRCUIT.As long as 76V is supplied with the maximal voltage, the buck boost converter will work.Part Other Analog ICs consists of these current regulations as well as other current regulations.The buck boost converter operates with a minimum supply voltage of 2.97V.As soon as the maximum supply current (Isup) supplied for current regulation's operation reaches 4.4mA, it will cease to function.Current regulation operates from 3/75V power supplies.
