Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 32V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 32V continuously in reverse-bias mode. During operation, photodiodes should not have a temperature higher than 85°C. However, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum temperature of -25°C. There is 5nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
